Procurement management
We not only list the materials, furniture and accessories you choose, we also source them. We work with experienced suppliers, with up-to-date inventory and logistical support to ensure that everything arrives on time and on site. Procurement is an integral part of the project, not an extra task.
Construction project management
We coordinate construction - liaising with trades, suppliers and contractors. We maintain a permanent presence on site, monitor implementation and react in a timely manner if necessary. So the implementation is not your problem, we take the burden off your shoulders.
